Effective Date: March 16, 2025

1. Cancellation Notice

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once per booking without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • A no-show is defined as:

    • The client is not home at the time of the scheduled service.

    • The cleaning team is unable to access the property.

    • A failure to notify Greenhaven Cleaners in advance of a cancellation.

4. Deposit & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to Greenhaven Cleaners being unable to fulfill the service.

  • If Greenhaven Cleaners cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Emergency Cancellations

  • In case of emergencies, clients should contact Greenhaven Cleaners as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

  • We understand that unexpected situations arise and will assess rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
