1. Introduction
Welcome to Greenhaven Cleaners! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and Greenhaven Cleaners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of our professional cleaning services. By booking and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Greenhaven Cleaners offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:
Standard Cleaning—Routine cleaning of living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Deep Cleaning—Comprehensive, detailed cleaning beyond surface-level maintenance.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning—Full cleaning for tenants moving in or out of a property.
Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning—Quick turnaround cleaning for rental properties.
Specialized Cleaning – Services such as pet hair removal, appliance cleaning, and organization.

3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your $150 deposit and send you a confirmation email.
If payment is not received, the appointment will not be scheduled.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full deposit credit for future use.
Late Cancellations: If canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule once per booking, provided we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.
4. Payment Terms
Deposit: A deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. The deposit is due upon booking and can be paid via e-transfer to info@greenhavencleaners.com.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of service completion.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via e-transfer or cash only.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only if services are canceled according to our cancellation policy or if the cleaning was not completed as requested (subject to assessment). Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
The service was canceled by Greenhaven Cleaners.
The cleaning was not completed as agreed upon, and an assessment confirms service failure.
5.2 Service Complaints & Re-Cleaning Policy
Service Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and offer solutions, such as a re-clean or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer either:
A re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.
A partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
5.3 Non-Refundable Deposits
Non-refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs due to the fault of Greenhaven Cleaners or inability to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities & Liability
Greenhaven Cleaners is not responsible for damage to fragile, valuable, or personal items unless damage occurs as a direct result of negligence by our cleaning staff. We recommend customers remove such items or clearly label them before the cleaning session.
6.1 Access & Entry
Clients must ensure that cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.
If cleaners are unable to enter the property due to a locked door or lack of access, the deposit will be forfeited, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
6.2 Property & Item Safety
Clients must secure or remove fragile, valuable, or delicate items before the cleaning service.
Greenhaven Cleaners is not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable items unless caused by negligence.
6.3 Hazardous Conditions
Our cleaners have the right to refuse service if they encounter hazardous conditions such as infestations, biohazards, or extreme uncleanliness not disclosed at booking.
If the service cannot be performed due to safety concerns, the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Privacy Policy
Greenhaven Cleaners is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
8. Changes to Terms
Greenhaven Cleaners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
